Foundry VTT server hosting
Right after you order, your Foundry VTT server is set up fully automatically and is ready within minutes. Then enter the download link (timed URL) from your foundryvtt.com account in the web interface – Foundry is installed automatically when the server starts. The admin password for the Foundry setup screen is generated for you and shown directly in the web interface together with the access link to your server.
Foundry VTT runs on a one-time license per game master that you purchase directly from Foundry Gaming (bring your own license). Your players do not need a license of their own and simply join through the access link in their browser. Each license can run one Foundry server at a time.
With the free FTP access you can easily exchange modules, maps, music and other assets between your computer and the server. If storage runs low, you can add extra storage at any time with an upgrade – a RAM boost for larger campaigns is just a few clicks in the web interface, too. And if you want to try another game, our game cloud lets you switch games at any time.
Foundry VTT servers instantly online & DDoS protected
Our free DDoS protection ensures that your Foundry VTT server does not slow down during a DDoS attack. The incoming packets are analyzed and attacker packets are sorted out. This will not strain your server, which will continue to run as usual, and your game session stays undisturbed. If you have your own IP address, you can even set the DDoS protection according to your needs and get access to the attack log so you can review current and past attacks and react accordingly. Your Foundry VTT server runs on current, powerful hardware – on our newest servers with AMD EPYC processors and NVMe SSDs.
